Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit. Our store credit is in the form of a gift card for purchase of an array of exceptional items. It is not our policy to offer refunds, but as a valuable customer, we will be happy to work with you in order to insure your complete satisfaction.


Return Process:

Before returning your item, please follow our instructions in order to create a smooth and pleasant transaction. Please include the original factory box and packaging materials. Please note, all merchandize must be in the same condition as when they were purchased by you.

We strongly recommend sending all returns to ShopPMLIT along with a tracking confirmation and appropriate insurance. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.


Return Shipping Costs:

The cost for returning items to our store are the same as if you were returning merchandise to a local store. We do not cover return shipping charges for any reason and these charges are not refundable.

If you received a defective item, please return the item as described in our "Return Process" and we will gladly send you a new replacement item. We will ship the replacement item(s) to you at our cost. As a valued customer, we will take extra care to ensure the replacement is void of all defects. Once we are satisfied that your item is in perfect condition, we will then send it off to you promptly.
