Aston Martin Lighting Accessories

The Aston Martin custom modification of HALOs rings for headlights for example are clear, bright and illuminate the road while causing far less glare for oncoming drivers. LEDs also use but a fraction of the energy required by traditional incandescent lights. However, the most important aspect is that LED bulbs are shock resistant and highly durable, lasting up to 100,000 continuous hours or longer under normal conditions.

ShopPMLIT offers HALOs, angel-eyes or Day time Running Lights (DRL) for the Aston Martin as well. Daytime running lights are on when the vehicle is in operation, meaning that you can be seen by pedestrians and oncoming traffic sooner which may avoid accidents. In addition, we also offer Underbelly Lights or “Puddle Lights”. These lights will illuminate when you step out of the vehicle, allowing for greater overall safety. We also offer “Ghost Shadow” lights which can provide a powerful impression when leaving Aston Martin vehicles. Our goal at ShopPMLIT is to offer the best Aston Martin Lighting Accessories and Parts on the market today. About Aston Martin the brand

A legendary name in British automotives, Aston Martin represents the finest in the production of luxury sports cars. Although many associate Aston Martin with the legendary James Bond film series, the company has stood out on its own for many decades when it comes to the creation of some of the best luxury sports vehicles in the world.

Recognized around the world for their high quality luxury sports cars, Aston Martin began in 1913, founded by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. The name “Aston” comes from where Lionel Martin competed when racing vehicles, a place called “Aston Hill”. While Bamford left the company in 1920, Aston Martin continued to build vehicles that set many speed records over the next few decades. When David Brown Limited purchased Aston Martin in 1947, the focus shifted more towards creating commercial automobiles. The famed DB series was introduced in 1948 and the DB2 in 1950, featuring both coupe and convertible models with a 2.6L inline six cylinder engine. By 1958, the DB4 had made its initial appearance featuring a 3.7L inline six cylinder engine and was quite successful on the racing track as well.

However, the DB5 is the one that became world famous, thanks in part to its sleeker, more aerodynamic design and larger 4.0L Tadek Marek engine. However, the real source of the fame was its famous appearance in the James Bond classic, “Goldfinger”. In 1965, the DB6 made its appearance, featuring optional power steering and improved leg room for the passengers as well. The DBS was the final vehicle released during the 1960s, featuring a 4.0L Dual Overhead Camshaft engine and was also used in another James Bond film, “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service”. By the 1970s, David Brown has left and Aston Martin managed to regain some much needed attention thanks to the introduction of the V8 Vantage in 1977. Featuring a powerful 5.3L V8 engine that could reach 170 mph, the Vantage helped propel Aston Martin into the 1980s where Ford purchased the company in 1987.

The DB7 was released in 1993 to much publicity and was even built from the Jaguar XJS platform. By 1999, the Aston Martin DB7 V12 Vantage made its debut. Boasting a 6.0L 48 valve V12 engine capable of 420 hp, this version was only the predecessor to the V12 Vanquish that was released two years later. A sleek, stylish sport car, the V12 Vanquish tore up the raceway track and helped bring in a new audience for Aston Martin vehicles. The DB9 was released in 2004, built on the Ford VH platform this vehicle won the 24 Hours of Le Mans which led to a commemorative version being created in 2008. Today, the Aston Martin brand continues to grow and expand, impressive car enthusiasts the world over with its speed, style and performance.
